Licences

Depending on the terms of your Lease, there will be certain activities for which you may need the prior permission from your Freeholder or Management Company.  This is granted by a legal document called a Licence.

If you do not obtain this permission you will be in breach of covenant which may result in legal proceedings being taken against you. If you have any doubt, please contact us first to confirm if permission is required.  

Please remember, if you let out your flat you remain responsible under your Lease for their actions. If the tenant wishes to keep a pet in the flat you may need both a Licence to keep a Pet and a Licence to Underlet.
