Where is my Parking Space?

Where residents can park is governed by their Lease or house deeds.

Sometimes the parking space (or garage) is owned by the owner of the property. Sometimes there may only be a right to park in a certain space.

If you own a space, or have a right to park in a specific one, your solicitor or conveyancer (or letting agent if you are a tenant) should tell you where your parking space is. However, if you are in doubt, or need assistance, contact us and we will let you know which space is allocated to your property.
