Licence to Underlet

The terms of your Lease will determine whether you can underlet your property and, if so, on what terms. It will also determine whether you need the prior consent of your Freeholder or Management Company in order to do so.


If you underlet your property when prohibited under your Lease or without first obtaining a Licence legal action may be taken against you which may include a requirement that you evict the tenants in your property.
