Door Entry or Vehicle Gate Issue

Please note that if you are reporting an issue with your Door Entry Intercom and it is a problem is with the communal entryphone panel the cost of remedying the fault will be met by the service charge. If, however, the problem transpires to be with the intercom handset in your apartment the cost of any call out and repair will be down to you.

It is advisable to check with neighbours to see if they are having similar problems before reporting the issue.
