Lodge a Complaint against another Resident


All complaints are treated in confidence and the identity of the complainant is not disclosed.


However, please be aware that depending on the circumstances it may be obvious to the resident concerned who has lodged the complaint.


If the complaint concerns recurring behaviour, for example ongoing noise disturbances, it will be useful if you keep a log detailing the date and time of each occurance.
