Communal Heating or Hot Water Fault

Please note that if the problem is with the communal heating or hot water system the cost of remedying the fault will be met by the service charge. If, however, the problem transpires to be with your own Heat Interface Unit or equipment inside your apartment the cost of any call out and repair will be down to you.

It is advisable to check with neighbours to see if they are having similar problems before reporting the issue.
